Conditions for Returns
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Ensure that all tags, manuals, and accessories are included with the product.
- Items marked as "Final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
Initiating A Return
- Contact our customer service team here within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, details of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you on the return process, including providing a return shipping label.
- Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
- Ensure the item is securely packed, attach the return label, and drop it o at the designated shipping carrier.
For Returns
Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative and attach the provided shipping label. Please ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition. Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days.
