Calbuco gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
